Depart Arusha in the morning for Lake Manyara, afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Twiga/Jambo/Fig Tree campsite. Meal Plan: {B, L, D} OR  Arusha - Tarangire. A safari briefing at breakfast prepares you for an exciting adventure. Depart for Tarangire national park, named after the river that flows through the length of the park and provides a constant water source for the thousands of animals making their home here. Tarangire is most spectacular during the dry season when thousands of animals migrate into the park from the surrounding dry Maasai steppe, to use the permanent water supply of the Tarangire river. You can see herds of elephants, numbering over a hundred. Lunch at the camp/picnic lunch and enjoy afternoon game viewing drives.
